Dedicated Service Groups to Meet Increasing Client Demand Metropolitan Washington DC—August 13th, 2008 Grid2Grid, LLC announces the creation of three separate groups within the company, which are designed to meet increasing client demand for its services. Separated by area of specialization each group is focused on serving a unique service niche. The three newly created groups are as follows: International Investment Solutions Group The International Investment Solutions Group (IISG) serves two principal purposes: (1) Provide international investment advice to our clients and (2) to design and execute in-house business development projects that are of interest to Grid2Grid. Service components include but are not limited to: Deal sourcing, positioning, negotiation and closing. In-country and regional representation encompassing a number of emerging markets and regions. IISG’s core competency is centered on deal flow. International Development Solutions Group The International Development Solutions Group (IDSG) provides economic development consulting services to a variety of clients in developing and emerging market countries. Clients include but are not limited to: Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Economic Planning Agencies, Multilateral Development Banks and Private Foundations. IDSG’s core competency is centered on the provision of econometric modeling and forecasting. Community Development Group The Community Development Group (CDG) takes the lead in developing community related projects in countries in, which we work and live. The group’s commitment to community development is underlined by the company’s founding principles, which is to contribute to societal well being through leading and/or participating in sustainable development projects. CDG’s core competency is centered on raising funds for community service projects. Mr. Ranaweera added “Although separated by function the three groups will also enable us to offer clients where and as needed comprehensive investment solutions in emerging markets. For example through Grid2Grid an investor looking to build out a project in an emerging market will be able to sources projects through our proprietary database, receive an objective evaluation of investment prospects as well as macro-economic forecasts of the host country in, which the project is situated. As a compliment to these services, Grid2Grid can advise and assist clients in implementing community based projects as part of an overall investment strategy which will benefit both the host country and the client creating a winning solution for all. ” Mr. Ranaweera concluded by saying that “There has been a paradigm shift in the way the global investment and development community interacts with and views emerging markets and developing countries.
